MEETING THE AUTHOR…Hatboro-Horsham High School students get an autograph from author Mawi Asgedom, whose book “Of Beetles & Angels: A Boy’s Remarkable Journey from a Refugee Camp to Harvard,” was selected for the school’s inaugural “One Book, One School, One Community summer reading program. Asgedom addressed students prior to a community presentation Nov. 18 about his experiences as a survivor of a Sudanese refugee camp. His visit was sponsored by the Hatboro-Horsham Educational Foundation, which provided books to some 1,800 students and 175 teachers and gave copies to libraries in Hatboro and Horsham.
