Established by a group of business people and educators in 1987, the Hatboro-Horsham Educational Foundation is one of the oldest educational foundations in Pennsylvania. The founding vision championed two ideas: providing programs that add value to the community from a cultural perspective, and providing funding through a granting process to teachers and principals for innovative educational projects for the benefit of the students in the Hatboro-Horsham School District.

Since its inception 20 years ago, the HHEF has awarded nearly $200,000 in grants to teachers and principals for projects that enrich the district’s curriculum and public education. Simultaneously, the HHEF has brought many notable figures to the Hatboro-Horsham community, such as former First Lady, Barbara Bush; foreign correspondent, Andrea Mitchell; Washington correspondent, George Stephanopoulos; Olympic figure skater, Peggy Fleming; news anchor, Robin Roberts; and underwater explorer, Dr. Robert Ballard. This year’s lineup of lecturers and entertainers is one of the finest ever offered, so there is no better time to reserve your tickets than right now!

All the new events will be posted in June and tickets for events will be available in August.
In the meantime,  we are thrilled to announce our first event of the 2008-2009 series as: James Carville and Mary Matalin on October 21, 2008.
